1. Apply at least 8 weeks before the start of class.

3. Click here if you are applying for a Student Visa. Complete the Certificate of Financial Responsibility CFR (2 pages). It must be signed by an official of the bank and bear a bank stamp
   
   
4. Send a non-refundable application Fee of $100 by check, money order or credit card..
   
   
5. If you are transferring and have a F-1 student Visa, follow the steps above and request a transfer form from the ELP office. Have the International Student Advisor at your school complete the form and return it with your original documents to the ELP office.
